Took my cat in who was suffering pain around the front left leg. I was concerned it could be an abscess after he had gotten in a fight with another cat.
My concern was dismissed, vet telling me it was a full bladder and maybe so.e muscle strain.
Turned out it was an abscess which is still causing him problems more than three weeks later.

Sent debt collectors after me after I'd paid the bill. Absolutely appalling receptionist who refused to listen or even look at my credit card receipt proving I'd paid. Had to submit a SAR to find out what they'd done. Tagged my wife as 'confused' and still no apology. For any form of animal husbandry, please take your business elsewhere.

Sundean vets quickly diagnosed our dog Alfie a miniature schnauzer with diabetes and gave us instructions on how to vaccinate him and administer his food, also helped with the insurance forms.
