They've just told me I'm overplaying the autism card. I've been criticising their communication and that's how they reply. My mum is having her cat put to sleep the reason a heart murmur. I have tried to find out more but they've refused to discuss with me even though I've told them my mum hasn't understood.(My mum probably has autism too) and she's deaf and 84. Communication is very poor

After being dissatisfied with another vets surgery we moved to Donnachie and Townley with an emergency. We have seen Katie from the first appointment and she has always gone above and beyond to try and find answers and solutions for our poorly dog. She’s talked through all options with us and spent time doing her own research to help us out. We never have any problems getting into the surgery even if it’s an hour before closing we are always squeezed in. We really trust this surgery and know they always make the best decisions for our dogs 🐶

I brought Flossy into vets, and Dr. petrol saw her. He is amazing. Kind, considerate, very gentle, and explained everything to me. I will always ask if Flossy can see Dr. Petrol when I come again. Please don't ever leave!!
