Vets4Pets - Coalville

I have my 4 pets registered at Coalville vets for pets for the last year and I have nothing but praise. When my big girl Bella was nearing the end of her life, Charlotte was brilliant she kept in contact with me and came to my house to make the end of our girls life peaceful . Tina is absolutely great in keeping in contact with me and arranging urgent appointments and medication for our boy George . They are all so friendly, supportive and accommodating. George actually enjoys seeing them and getting a fuss.
I just wish I had gone here years ago . Although money shouldn’t be a factor the cost of treatment and medication is far less than our previous vets which makes you feel it is not just a business and they really care for the pets they treat. I highly recommended this vet

We've recently moved in to the area & transferred to the Coalville branch from one in Birmingham. We visited twice in a week as 2 of our dogs had ear problems. We'll, what a difference we found. We were able to get appointments the next day & both vets we saw we're amazing. Great with our boys & explained everything to us including costs involved. The stand out difference for us was the receptionists at Coalville. SO friendly & helpful both on the phone and face to face. We can't believe the difference & so pleased we've found such a friendly,caring team to take care of our 3 boys. We would recommend without hesitation.

Not great experience here with a nervous puppy, instead of letting me take him into the treatment room which is the normal thing to do they tried to take him from me which made him really nervous to the point he backed himself under the waiting room chairs ! They then decided to come into the waiting room to give him his injection when all they had to do was let me ' the person he's used to ' take him in the room the same way I had a few wks before, it made no sense and was just traumatic for the pup. Will definitely use the Fosse park branch or another vets in future.

Nothing is too much trouble, very friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff at Vets 4 Pets are always ready to help with advice.

My recently experience with this Vets4Pets branch was fantastic, everyone helped (Dawn and Sophie) was super nice, friendly, understanding and professional, they did more than I could imagine to help animals, I thank you so much for all their hard work.

The vet is located upstairs inside Pets at Home, there is a lift for customers and their pets if needed, the waiting area is spacious and clean. Lots of free animals related leaflets / advices.

Plenty of free parking spaces, including disabled and parents & children parking spaces as it’s in a shopping centre area, do watch out the free parking time limit.

The best vets i have been to, very professional, handled my 17 year old kitty gently, and gave me great advice, good prices for the service, i would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking to change vets, or are looking for a vet.

I just felt the need to express how kind and lovely this Vets is, so far on my 3-4 trips I have encountered very kind receptionists and friendly vets. Particularly how well they looked after my bunnies for their neutering. Sebastian had a lot of trouble with his stitches, delicious according to him, and the vets looked after him all day the following day to make sure he didn’t chew them off again. I’m very happy to say it’s been a few days and both my bunnies are back to their usual mischievous selves and healing wonderfully now. It was a very nerve wracking experience finding your rabbit looking as rough as he did the morning after, and I’m so thankful for everyone for being so kind and attentive. I can’t thank them all enough, truly lovely people.
