City Vets in St Thomas

We have used city vets for over a decade and have always been treated as a valuable client. The staff are always kind, caring and professional, through the good times of owning a pet and the sad times. We have more recently had there care of our golden retriever and now our new edition Wilf, another golden retriever. We know that they will always provide a high standard of care to our animals. Another service which I can recommend is the health care plan, where a monthly fee covers a years worth of treatments and injections, well worth it. Thank you so much, Claire :)

We had to book an appointment for our pet guinea pig Luna and was seen to very quickly. Very professional and caring team - Trevor.

This is the first time we had to use city vets for our kitten Simba. He was really unwell when we took him in. After given medication and lots of support from the staff he recovered very well and is back to his normal self. Would definitely recommend city vets lovely helpful staff. Thank you Bianca & Casey

I have always used City Vets St Thomas. They are always friendly and helpful. Most recently I have taken my kitten, Belle, for her first set of vaccinations. The process was really easy considering the new Covid restrictions. Thank you :)

All staff at City Vets are friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. They always put owners and pets at ease. They are fantastic at explaining what is going on, what they are doing, and give great advice and support if you are treating pets at home.

I am really happy with this vets. They were really lovely with my cat and put my mind at rest. Also very convenient from where I live with some parking. It was easy to get an appointment and I was specially pleased that I could get a Saturday so I didn't have to miss work.

Good service but the treatments they offer are double or sometimes triple the cost you can get online. The vets are nice people but the mark ups on treatments are ridiculous.

What an absolutely delightful team of staff at City Vets St Thomas. My dog Dee has been treated with perfect kindness, love and respect. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and Hannah the Vet is outstanding with her care. The waiting room, reception and clinical areas are immaculately clean. Social distancing is still carefully adhered to. My old girl is getting on in years now, if I ever get another pet, City Vets St Thomas will still be my first choice. Thank you team.
