I can highly recommend this Vets Practice. They are caring and friendly and always helpful . I had my beautiful dog put to sleep here a few months ago and can only praise the compassion and care that she and I received, it was a private and not rushed in any way. I was devastated and did not feel rushed out of the door. thank you for the way you treated us.

Brilliant facilities, friendly reception staff and Charlotte the vet made my pooch feel at ease. The pet plan is a great way of spreading the cost and seems to be good value so far.

One of the best vets I've been too, Vicky and Maddy are amazing and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. It's clean and tidy and lovely members of staff. Vets are very understanding.

Had to take my dog buddy there last week. Adam is a really lovely man who looked after him well. They are really lovely people and would definitely recommend this veterinary practice to anyone. Buddy seems quite happy to go there.

I changed to Whitstable Bay Veterinary Centre from another vets a year or so ago and the difference is outstanding! All the staff are wonderful, caring, accommodating and I finally feel I’m being listened to. I have always felt that they put my pets well-being first over anything else unlike other practices - you can tell they all genuinely care for the animals. Bella and I are very thankful to have found such amazing practice with staff that go above and beyond! Always recommending this place to everyone I know with pets. :)

Omg...sooo happy..visited 14th dec with my 1 eyed dog poppy.the nurse trimmed round her bad eye and was sooo informative about her eye.also we chatted about diet etc...nothing was too much trouble..was soooo happy..poppys eye is so much better. Big thank you

I had to have my dear cat Shearer put to rest here last week. The vet was amazing. Kind, empathetic and allowed me the time and a quiet place to make any decisions and to say goodbye to her. Their aftercare service is friendly and gentle. Thank you so much for all your support through that heartbreaking time.
