Big shop area with lots of good value and luxury treats. Our dog can spend as long looking as we do in TXmaxx. The vet is super friendly and the appointments are usually running on time and waiting is minimal. Professional and personal service and there's the groom room of you have hairy dog too.

▪ Tidy Store but price label of products on shelf often are misplace, missing or offers expired. Often now there is a issue to be raised specially with the groomers

All the imagined cons of using a nationwide, generalist vet: Impersonal staff, poor specific knowledge, and money-grabbing at every opportunity. However, they also come with the added bonus of dreadfully inefficient systems for transferring of pet plans between locations!

Would strongly recommend to avoid and research local veterinarians instead.

Saddest moment of my life but, the compassion that all the staff show is 2nd to none. Shop floor staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

The nurse we saw was very friendly and gentle with our lovely dog. Means a lot to us to see the care in someone not directly involved with our pet as such but she was really nice to our dog and very kind.

We visited Epsom branch today. The vet who saw us - Kathryn - was an absolute gem! Not only was she gentle to my dog, who was in pain and unusually nervous, she was kind to me as I was an absolute nervous wreck with concerns and worries...MASSIVE THANK YOU for being professional, patient and, most importantly, CARING! Friendly and prompt service at reception, too! Thank you for looking after us! ❤️

Staff genuine, helpful, engaging and not patronising in any way. They clearly care for animals and understand owner concerns.

Excellent service. Same day, gave my Frenchie a thorough check. He’s a rescue and been acting up a bit, so we talking through all options, just needed to check no medical issue. Very happy
