Really kind, friendly and nice staff. I they look after my really well before he sadly died and the vets bill was pennies compared to private vets and your money goes to a good cause. I highly recommend

I have nothing but the utmost respect and gratitude for Putney RSPCA they helped my fur baby out when she needed it most the three days she was in the hospital the treated her with great care and I was kept informed with her progress. If it wasn't for them my 2.5 year old pup wouldn't be with us now. I can't begin to explain how thankful I am to them

They do their best on very little money. Dedicated staff. Just a shame they don't have the facilities they deserve. They can only do so much as no MRI scanner and other expensive equipment, hence the 4 stars not 5, but the staff go above and beyond with kindness and compassion.

Unfortunately do not recommend. They advised surgery on my dog following on from a scan as they identified an ‘unknown object’. However, after surgery they informed us it was his spleen they had mistaken for the ‘unknown object’. We were still expected to pay for the surgery and did not receive an apology

I took an injured animal the Putney hospital that was a stray. The phone service and advice was excellent. They are a wonderful organisation. The service was excellent and staff went beyond the call of duty. I would like to comment that people who have criticised the service but then subsequently took them to a vet. RSPCA is a charity so therefor if you can afford suggest you go to a vet in the first place. I have 2 dogs and would not dream of using the RSPCA when I can afford it myself.

Excellent! I had a badly injured stray cat that urgently needed treatment, they were very kind when I spoke to them on the phone, they did exactly what they said they would and kept in touch with me all the way until they were able to get to me and collect him.
