excellent customer service !

I want to thank the staff working their through the covid-19 crisis it's not just the NHS looking after our loved ones. I phoned them up Yesterday as my 8 week old puppy was having tummy problems he wouldn't move, wouldn't eat or drink. I got a call back about 45 minutes later from the vet who was very friendly and professional, She asked me to send some pictures to help with a diagnosis which I did and got a reply back very quickly. She arranged an emergency appointment for a couple of hours later. When I arrived the reception staff were delightful and the vet took great care of our little one who was back on his feet playing, eating and drinking very soon after. They also called back today to check on him. I feel it was great value for money and will always be going back.

Thanks Lizzie, Lucy and there was another lady I didn't catch her name !

I cannot recommend this vet enough! After really gently handling my not so gentle rescue toy poodle for check ups and vaccinations, today they surpassed themselves. After injuring him in a grooming accident (much harder than it looks guys) they arranged an emergency appointment despite being fully booked, fixed him up for the night, got him an appointment for the next morning around my work schedule and reassured me. They are the kindest, most understanding people are still managing to smile and help animals despite the pandemic. 10/10!

I'm moving permanently to Brasil and I stragled to find a vet that new exactly what I needed to do to take my to cockapoos with me. After a lot of search I found VOO VETS and the lovely and amazing vet BETTIE as gone above and beyond to make sure everything would be PERFECT so I wouldn't have any problems. She done lots of research and always kept me informed of all that needed to be done. I could tell straight away by the way she spoke to me that I FOUND THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB.
If you ever need to go abroad and need to take your pets with you VOO PETS are the BEST 👌.
And if you lucky enough you will get BETTIE to sort everything. I rate the Complete Service 5⭐️ One more time thanks guys for your lovely service.

Whereas the people you deal with are professional and friendly, this place is a massive rip off and would discourage people to sign up their pets here.
Vets in London are generally expensive and thats no news, but it is rather clear this is not pricy, just an outright scam. My dog had an ear infection and the vet said that it would be best to do a swab test to make sure what it is. So I agreed, but wouldn't it be common practice to say that the test is going to cost £140? (more or less, can't remember) I found the way they went about it very dishonest, as they only told me the price after the procedure was done.
A few months later his infection came back and my partner brought him to the vet and they made him have another swab and pay equal amount for it. I understand it's to 'rule other things out', but I just feel the way they go about it is that our pets are money-makers and therefore I don't bring my pup there anymore.

This practice is horrendous, they asked me to leave my cat for all day in a Clinic to find out why he can't walk, so I brought him early in a morning before work to the practice. There was only one girl available to talk to me at that time but it wasn't receptionist (I am assuming that was an owner). She asked if my cat was vaccinated and if not I might be not able to claim insurance back. I ask to leave my cat at the practice anyway as I had to rush to the Office. She made a fuss and had horrible and unpleasant attitude, I promised to call her back as soon as I will hear from the insurer. She said they won't provide any treatment before payment. I called the practice one hour later (while I received a positive response from my insurer) and paid the bill of £700.00 for a full body scan, blood samples etc.. I also asked to clean a small cyst on my cat's head. While I was picking up my cat in the afternoon I was advised that my cat was diagnosed with diabetes and that causes a nerve disability in his legs and they need to investigate further to treat him with appropriate amount of insulin injections etc..they asked to leave a cat for another day or so.. but at that time I put my cat on straight diet and his condition has approved... but Clinic was very pushy with a wiliness for further treatment and I've been told that if I won't progress with the treatment my cat will determine very shortly. I never received any documents confirming that my cat was in hospital or results of his scan or blood check from the Clinic so I asked kindly to sent it across by email. When I received an email there was revealed that they had charged me all this money only for x-ray and blood sample taken in another voo-vet shop somewhere on suburbs, it became clear that my cat never reached the hospital also I never received any documents confirming his diabetics so when I asked for the proof they now told me that actually he is not a diabetic but his blood sugar level is high..... soon after my cat collapsed and that was during the weekend while I had to book emergency services in Streatham Clinic he had a thigh infection and it burst, the doctor cut the leg and cleaned it properly after that my cat was on antibiotics for 2 weeks it all cost me around £300.00 and my cat is now a happy kitty and can run and jump again... Shame on you Voo -Vets shame on you!!!!!

Our first visit on Saturday with Jess my 10 year old dog. She dislikes the vets (as many do) but Betty the vet was great and while she was calm in the waiting room listened to her chest and said hello to her. The reception staff were also friendly and said hello which makes such a difference to a worried dog but also their owner! Glad I have found this practice and would recommend.

We have been registered at Voo vets for just over a year. Even during the pandemic we were able to get advice and be seen when needed. We have a plethora of animal and with each one we take in we and them are always treated with respect and compassion. Advice is always given when asked and we look forward to being patients at this practice for a long time.
