Too expensive for an consultation
I took my cat there and cat was hiding in the room behind a chair the lady didn't even took him because she was scare he may scratch her , too much talking for no reason , gave the cat some treatment at home for £50 😬 for me it's too expensive! Also the vet is very old ,smelling old ! The staff also doesn't pick up the phone ,you have to wait 10 minutes until they pick up the phone because they are talking with each other !

Very friendly staff. The lady administering my cat’s vaccinations was very informative and helpful. She asked on many occasions did we have any other questions which was nice. Highly recommended. The vaccinations course for two kittens were £64 each which I thought was very reasonable, that included 4 week pet plan cover each and a flea treatment each once they weigh enough.

Took my cat Tommy to the vets, hes a very old cat and had quite a few things going on with him, was very pleased with all the staff there - they were so lovely and very gentle with him! Hes been all fixed up now :)

Great vetinary group!! We booked an appointment for the next day online with ease. On the day, they had a cancellation called if we wanted to come early. That was helpful.
There is parking outside, just outside the building.
The vet was very friendly and knowledgable and we were happy with our consultation (£45).
The reception also had pet goodies if needed.

We have seen many vets and nurses here in the 7 months so far with our puppy, and every visit is an absolute delight. Our puppy Biscuit is always fussed over and receives so much love and care. Would absolutely recommend. Also in the instances we can’t get a short notice appointment, you can always go to the nearest other branch and all files are shared. Same with the nearby emergency out of hours hospital. Can’t fault it. Lovely lovely staff.

Service was quite nice and the staff were also friendly, but honestly, the waiting time was insane! And don't even get me started on the prices for the medication! Had to wait an hour until they were able to check on my pet. This didn't happen once, but twice- which was quite disappointing as they used to be much quicker before. The prices for the medication was extortionate, I checked online and the prices were relatively cheaper to what they are charging. You're better off buying your pets' medication online and would end up saving quite a lot of money- trust me.
