I have received the best service, advice and help from Sue.
I was told by another local veterinary practice that my dog needed a full hip replacement so I went to Sue for a second opinion. After we had a full discussion about the operation versus alternative treatments to try first, we decided to go down the latter route. Thank god we did, as all my dog has now is the vets joint supplements and the very, very occasional pain killer...no hip replacement required in the foreseeable future.
Sue knows her stuff!! Great move to change veterinary clinic for me!

We have used Backwell vets since we moved from Clifton 5 years ago. The service we have received is exemplary and we have no doubt that our dogs are in the safest of hands with Sue, Jo, Debbie and the team. Can't recommend this practice highly enough.

I've been using Backwell Veterinary Practice for about 20 years. Sue and her staff have always been very helpful and professional. Showing patience and compassion when very hard decisions had to be made. I will be taking the newest addition to my family in to meet her team next week as I wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else.

The staff are always so welcoming to us and our pets! I'm sure that we are just 1 of hundreds of patients but when we visit, they make us feel like we're old friends and our dog loves saying hello to Sue and Debbie!!

I was nervous about microchipping and vaccinating the puppies but the staff were amazing and the puppies had a great first experience outside the home. Barely noticed anything happened.

There is nothing more I can say but this vets is the best the staff are amazing and care so much. The receptionist are a big 10/10 the vets are great. Actually not great amazing and very understanding and caring. We have a Bruce almighty dog and he has his issues but all the staff know and he behaves for them better than ourselves sometimes. I couldn't recommend another vets as I've been using these vets since the year 2000 and wouldn't even consider any other vets even living now in clevedon . It's worth the drive. If your looking at a great group of vets and caring staff you can't go wrong 👌🫶👌

I have been here 3 times recently with a clients cat. Despite the unusual situation of me just being the "pet taxi" and not the owner, the staff have always been very friendly, kind and professional.

They've gone above and beyond their duties, taking the time to call my client and explain everything to her, then also letting me know too. As well as putting up with all my random questions whilst I'm there 😀
