Zasman Vet West Green

I was shocked to be treated with patronising, agressive and abusive behaviour at my last visit. Vet practices should know that people only want the best possible service for their beloved pet, and won’t let anyone hurting them. It has been sad to see the quality going down so dramatically in 4 years, but today I have finally decided to move to a different vet.

Awful experience
My dog had diarrhea and I called the vet to book an appointment because it was an emergency. There was blood in
her diarrhea and she had it every 2 hours. Our appointment was at 6pm and we arrived at 6.20 because our dog didn't want to go to that vet. She had a bad experience before. We were told we have to reschedule because we were late for our appointment and also we had to call them and let them know.Well 2 weeks ago we were waiting for half an hour outside because it was quite busy and we absolutely understood this. But they can't understand we are talking about my dog's life.
Well you do not work in an office, people trust you their pets' life. It is very sad.
It was the last time visiting this vet after 4 years. No thank you! I don't want my dog to be treated this way. When it is an emergency, it is an emergency. You have to deal with it. You can't choose not to because that can harm an animal. I am very disappointed.

Prices are VERY High. They fast taking the money and very slow to help you with insurance papers. Almost making fun of the peasants daring to have pets. Very classists. Unpleasant experience if you are an honest working class person. If you are rich then they will be your best friends.

Great service and really look after your pet. Sound advice and professional. We are very lucky.

Have only been once so far as my regular vet seems to have closed down. They were kind and considerate with my frightened, elderly cat and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Great to have them so close by. Definitely recommend.

Waiting on the phone about 10 mins to buy a medicare once they picked up, I asked for the price and they put me on hold another 10 to check the price

My puppy was really happy, the staff took extra care and I loved the service the gave, absolutely recommend this practice 🫶

The staff are friendly and professional. I feel their priority is our pets. While everyone is in business to make a profit I don’t feel that when I take my cat in. I made the right decision. To switch to them.
