I wish I could give 10 stars! This vet has been incredible. Our dog had an emergency and he opened the clinic just for us without charging us an out of hours price. He is thorough and extremely kind to humans and animals. I will highly recommend him!

That’s my favorite.

I have 4 cats and the Gentleman remembers each of them! That is a sign of real passion for the job. :)

He is always kind and available. Always clear while explaning complications or procedures.
All you need in a small individual business!

The right place if you love your little friend.

This place is amazing. Three times I have been, three times exemplary service, this man deserves a medal. There is no rush here, the animal comes first, reasonable prices too. First class.
Thank you..

Beware!!!note the reviews!
Just called for a price for pet travel certificate.
Vet was rude and put the phone down.
Just asked for price?
Do you want him to look after your pet.

I have had the benefit of using this VET for three years since the arrival of our puppy. I have to say some of these negative reviews seem quite unfair. The place is not dirty or unsanitary. But more importantly this vet is really excellent in terms of his knowledge and experience (we have dealt with some complicated issues here concerning our dog), his mannerism with our dog and he very obviously cares deeply about his animal patients. Notwithstanding the fact that our dog has been through some uncomfortable procedures and is poked and prodded whether he is at this vet, our dog is genuinely happy and excited to walk through the door and see him, such is the mannerisms and care this man shows towards the dog, and our dog is not always easy to make friends with. By way of comparison, I have taken the dog to another vet who seemed to have little idea how to handle him and our dog tried to bite him (he would never bite this vet).

Finally a vet who cares! Very happy to swap cushioned seats in the waiting area for an actual sincere care from a practitioner with what seems like decades of experience. Really happy we found him. Don't trust fancy pretty vets in our area, honestly didn't have a great experience with most. This guy I could trust my own health to, not only my dog. Highly recommend.

Avoid! You rather take your pet somewhere else if you wish well for your pup & don’t want to be scammed! I have been at this Vet few times for rabies and hot spots. Firstly he overcharged me for everything and did not provide my rabies vaccine paperwork - no stamp or any official document, I asked my new Vet to get in touch with him because I paid money and have my bank statement to prove it. He told the new vet that his internet is not working so I have to go there in person to collect paperwork. Guess - I gone there from another side of a London and he is telling me that I have to pay for it even I already did few months ago! Tries to tell stories that I did not show up at my appointment when I never booked one, I wonder how can you call yourself a vet Mr Ray, a person treating&helping animals and do such a fraud???Everything was on purpose because I don’t want to use your poor service anymore. but don’t we live in a free country and have a right to choose??
Taking this to Citizen advise, Consumer rights and reporting fraud. I will take my time and do what I can so other people won’t experience what I did as I can not forgive this dishonesty.
Note: This practice is listed as ‘not accredited’ with Royal college of Veterinary Surgeons.

I lost my pet and called this clinic to ask if some one brought her. The man answering the phone said no one brought a cat and asked me to give him my name and phone. While I was giving him the phone he pretended he got it although I hasn't giving him the full number yet. I told him that but he hang up on me! Very unprofessional and no empathy for my pet.
