Amazing Vets. They have always been so caring and accomodating, making sure our boy is seen and taken care of quickly and loveingly. I have been seen by all the vets individually at some point and can honestly say they are all fantastic and always willing to go the extra mile. This is the only vets all my animals have gone to and happily walked in wagging thier tails, opposed to shaking and pulling away like others we've attended. I will always stay with Aldham veterinary centre now as I know, no others can compare. Thank you again Aldham Team!

Could not fault the service we received at the surgery which has always been great.

Nigel has been marvellous and the girls who looked after our Labrador when she had her operation were so kind. The tests were rushed through (Thanks again for that) and we always felt that our dog was in the safest of hands.

The Aldham surgery is very impressive and it's the only vets that our dog has ever rushed into!

I really appreciated the kindness and expertise at this practice. Zoe is the only vet I would take my guinea pigs to in Essex. All of the staff here are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and they genuinely care.

Just changed to this vets, so early days, but so far excellent.
Very pleasant and personable, but also thorough and efficient.
Plenty of parking space and so far not busy.
Waiting area is arranged well with pet types segregated.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The vets have a fantastic bedside manner, not only with the patient but with the owner as well. Communication is excellent, everything is clearly explained and not rushed. If you are looking for a vet, this is the perfect family vet to visit.

Excellent care for Stanley our lurcher who cut his pad .We needed to use the out of hours service on a Saturday afternoon We were directed to Penrose vets with our follow up appointment at Aldhams to change the dressings and check the stitches . Very happy with the care he received. Thank you
