I am so grateful this place exists. The staff are helpful and hard-working. You may have to wait a little bit to be seen but at least you have that peace of mind that if there is an emergency with your pet this place is open all hours to help you. I was really worried because my cat was vomiting and very lethargic. They were able to check him out and give him an anti-sickness injection. He is much better today. Thank you Medivet

Very unhelpful. I thought vets were supposed to help any animal in distress, but not this vets, they didn't offer much assistance at all for an injured animal. Customers in the waiting room were really shocked by the attitude of staff working in this practice. They seem to be just interested in making money. I must say when Foxgrove's owned the vets it was always good service from the vets and staff. If your thinking of taking your pets to this vet's dont bother,.please avoid.

Absoloutely horrific service from the staff. Very mocking and belittling responce that we had brought in wild animals on a couple of occasions that needed medical attention. Very sarcastic and unhelpful upon our arrival, even other paying customers at the vets I spoke with whilst waiting complained about their attitude towards us also. First visit brought an injured animal and the vet started shrieking and calling it vermon, second visit was no better. Disgraceful. No compassion to animals whatsoever, would never bring any animals here if I could help it.

Medivet Beckenham are awesome vets. My dog has been ill for about 4 months & despite having to go for monthly blood tests she loves this practice. She pulls towards the door & the vets are always very friendly with time for her. There's a lovely friendly vibe here that you don't often get in modern practice settings. And you know if my dog is happy, I am happy because my dog's the customer.

They have refused to see my cat after him chewing lily and having symptoms which can cause kidney disease and death if not treated straight away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The stress this practise have put me through on Christmas evening is unbelievable! If you do love and care for your pet - avoid them! I have called them just after 11 pm and been told to call pet poison centre for advise and if they will tell me to see vet they will immediately see me. I have called pet poison centre and paid 45£ for a call to be told to see vet straight away! I have then called them back and been told they are fully booked till morning time and to call back then or try to call medivet in Kensington which is over a hour away from my house to see if they able to see me!!!!!! I had to look for a different vet emergency in the area and I found one in Streatham which seen me and helped my cat straight away! The way I have been treated it’s disgusting. How can an 24h emergency vet refuse appointment in such a serious case????? This is second time medivet let me down previously I had issue with my other cat and the practice in Croydon which I usually go to told me they closed middle of the week for one day and next day was a bank holiday and they were also closed so I had to look for a different vet then as well!!!!! Horrible experience!!!!!! I can not believe how 24h vet practise can be dealing with cases like this in the way they did!!!!!!

My sister took her cat for a routine check and vaccination. She was told the cat needed eight teeth removed at a cost of £800. I found this strange as the cat had only been there a month or so ago for a minor problem. I took the cat to my vet for a second opinion. He said he couldn’t know the treatment required until the teeth had been cleaned and descaled but he doubted if more than one tooth needed removal. After cleaning he found that no teeth needed to be removed. Disgraceful behaviour from Medivet. Cruel and fraudulent.

We have been with this practice for many years with several dogs.
Despite being absorbed into a larger organisation, we still receive the same friendly and efficient service and recommend them to all.

Don't ever take ur pet to these people, my silver tabby aged 10yrs went in for routine constipation, within 10days he came out in a box his ashes, no answers to his death, every test possible, he died under their supervision, I'm heartbroken 😢 😔
