Godalming Veterinary Surgery

I visited Godalming Vets yesterday with an elderly Field Mouse. The care and attention received was amazing. A very thorough examination after taking history and checking weight. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations. Such genuine care and thought about the best options, despite it being for a tiny little, old, mouse, very much appreciated. Thank you.

My cat developed hyper thyroid the Vet got him stabilised on medicines and once he had settled and put weight on he had surgery to remove the goitre/tumour. He is elderly and I was worried for him, but he was very well looked after, we got him back same day of the surgery and his recovery has been amazing, he is back to his normal self. The the Staff were helpful kind and very supportive. I highly recommend this practice.

I joined Godalming Vets in March 2022 and they have been fantastic with all 3 of my cats. All the staff have been so friendly and welcoming, nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always happy to answer my many questions. A great example of their level of care is calling up to check on my cat post op (never had this with previous practices). Thanks to everyone at the Godalming team!

A wonderful veterinary practice where the receptionists, nurses and the vets are all wonderful, caring people. They always do their best to accommodate the best appointment slot, offer telephone advice and are so gentle and caring with my dog. In fact, she 🐶 actually loves going there despite having had surgery, a bee sting and Kennel cough. All in all, top notch and I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

They have been our vet for over a year now. They always love seeing our dog and have gone the extra mile during Covid. They even managed to see him in an emergency capacity on a bank holiday weekend, and always give our guy some treats so he actually loves going there! Great care, lovely people, highly recommended!

They persuaded me to sign up for this health care plan for which every month's place and they did not mention additional warming tablets. My dog ​​only received spectra tablets and during the next visits they did not mention a word about the additional ones that will be included in this health care plan. They were not willing to book a visit with the nurse who was included in the schedule. Eventually, a forced visit was made, which lasted only 4 minutes. without any questions about the dog's condition, and this is still a puppy. It seems that they don't want to spend the proper time, but I will add that they were not busy. I do not understand why the nurse, while checking the dog's skin, did not bother to look at it for insects, such as ticks. I was informed that all such inquiries must be paid separately. It is really worth laughing that you get information about the condition of the dog's skin that it is ok, but when asked if any ticks were noticed while browsing its condition, they answered that a separate consultation should be made. If you are looking for a good vet, look elsewhere because this one will not have time for your pet and you will pay over the odds.
