Whoops. I left the review on the pet shop... this vet service is first class. One happy spayed GSD at a reasonable price. Always use these for all our pets. Highly recommended.

15 minute queue at reception with no explanation. Only one receptionist at work but to be fair she herself was fantastic, just overwhelmed by the long queue. The vet himself was so rude. He was abrasive in the way he spoke to me and showed no real friendliness towards my dog either. We had him last year for my dog's vaccine and that was the first time the kennel cough nasal spray had not been managed by a vet. He had to get a nurse to muzzle my dog in order to deliver it. I think that some part of my dog remembered that ordeal from last year, so this year he started snarling the second the vet (or I) came anywhere near his face. As a result the vet had to again get a nurse to muzzle my dog to deliver the kennel cough. Previous years we had other, friendlier vets who managed all vaccines with no issues and to me that says it all. If he were a doctor I'd say he had zero bedside manner. Awful experience.

Natalie was fantastic! Positive bundle of joy and very reassuring when our dog was in a bit of a state after an incident which left my dog in pain and incredibly swollen. If only all of the staff here were as great as Natalie.

Rushed our dog to the out of hours surgery at midnight on a Sunday night. Sadly she could not be saved. However, we would like to pass on our thanks to the vet and other staff for their help and compassion. Would highly recommend the service and value for money. Other vets should learn from this place. Pets get ill any hour of the day and night and it was a huge relief to be seen immediately and not charged any more than a normal day time appointment.

The vet was very kind to our cat - who is not keen on her visits and was also very understanding when we said we struggled to give her tablets & would she (the vet) please do it for us. Its a busy practise but I think all staff members do the best for their clients.

Vets themselves are great. Reception used to be awful but have gotten much better recently. Good, reliable care, but crazy busy. Be prepared for a 30 min minimum wait beyond your appointment time as standard.

As always, the reception staff met me in a friendly manner. The vet examined my dog and told me everything was good, supplied the worm and flea treatment I requested>I paid the bill and one of your reception staff helped me to the lift. As with all pet owners we are never totally satisfied with prices however, I am happy that a fair price is charged. An excellent practice with great staff, keep doing what you are doing. Thanks.

The vets & staff here are so amazing and kind! They were so lovely and helpful, will definitely come here regularly for my pets care! I had my 13 puppies - vaccinated, health checked and microchipped and they were so accommodating and took their time seeing them. Consultation did not seem rushed at all. Thank you very much! :)
