I have been a customer for a few years now... I have the annual plan and all. I think you are very over priced. I know it's London but still its very expensive. Last year I paid for an Animal Health Certificate 164 pounds and this year you are asking for 230 pounds! I called many vets in the surrounding area and they charge much less than you do. Unfortunately because of time restrictions I cannot cancel this now but I will not be a customer anymore and I will cancel. I made the mistake of not asking the price much earlier. I thought it would have been the same as last year.

Everyone is always super friendly and accommodating. Our dog always gets seen in a decent amount of time and all the receptionists are attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. You can tell everyone really cares.

Avoid these egregious money hungry fearmongers. Went in because I was worried about my cat and the vet came out saying he was too small, his kidneys too large, that she was really "worried" etc etc and that she wanted to run tests totalling 1400 pounds. Went to 2 other vets for second and third opinions and they told me my cat was absolutely fine. Avoid this exploitative practice at all costs.

If I could give them less than one star I would.

The receptionist are extremely rude and when you have a conversation with them, they send you a warning letter stating you was ‘Violent, Aggressive and producing abusive behaviour and language’. They are absolutely racist pushing this narrative on me on a situation which never occurred and they refuse to review CCTV footage. They also fail to provide me with my pets medication on request after I’m paying monthly for the subscription. The manager and her teams customer service is disgusting and I would not recommend this place. I brought my dog in for a check up and after being seen, the manager held my dog upstairs and refused to give me the dog until I paid £100. I said what is the £100 for? She said she gave my dog medication. She only went in for a check up and I never gave her permission to give her anything. That experience was ransoms and yet the issue was dismissed by higher management.

We had to take our puppy to Vets4Pets as our registered vets didn’t stock the Lepto 2 vaccine our breeder had given to our puppy as a first dose before we picked her up. When we went to get the second dose of Lepto 2 the new vets advised that if we wanted extra coverage, which we did, that we could instead have a first dose of Lepto 4, acting as a second dose of Lepto 2, and then another Lepto 4 in four weeks and it would provide her with extra coverage. The problem is that they also told us that she would be fine to start socialising from the week after the first dose of Lepto 4 and we could go out for walks. We took the Lepto 4 1st vaccine, instead of Lepto 2 second vaccine because of their advice but after research and calls with multiple other surgeries, we were told that this was bad advice and our puppy should not fully socialise with all dogs and avoid muddy walks and puddles until 3 weeks later when we had had the second lot of Lepto4.

A bit of a long review but I’m putting this here as I called Vets4Pets 3 times to confirm their stance on the advice given and I was repeatedly given a vague answer that L2+L4 = full coverage. We’ve now in a situation where we do not feel confident full socialising our 12 week old puppy during her most crucial socialisation window and we’ve been actively discouraged by our registered vet to not take our puppy to puppy training until she gets her second dose of Lepto4. Overall it’s been a really stressful and disappointing experience. We feel like we’ve failed our puppy and not set her up for success because we can’t fully socialise her. Compared to the level of advise and guidance from other vets I was able to receive, I therefore cannot recommend Vets4Pets.

The best vets. I've been to a few, not very good ones, only interested in the money. Vets for pets, vets really care, animal lovers. Kind, caring, honest, much cheaper than any where else.

I can’t believe this vet still open with so many bad reviews, they ripped money out of they customers that end up paying for expensive treatment with no need for it , the vet simple refuse to give you a simple medication prescription, instead wants to perform expensive treatments with so many charges that the customers end up paying for higher fees because they love their pets. my dog was with a skin bacterial infection that could be treated with a simple antibiotic but instead of that the vet denied to give him a medication and he wanted to sedated my dog to be shaved to apply some cream on the skin , and ill end up paying £540 for that , im sorry but not everyone is ready to be ripped off money like you are use to do !! I look for a second vet and they treated my dog with antibiotics that I pay £34 for all services including consultation and hes perfectly fine ! And don’t need to come back to me with your silly excuses because I’m not going to get in touch with your office! Your company should feel ashamed of it. Playing with the customers feeling from their Pets ! Shame on you !

What's with the vet asking if I've got a face mask or a proof of vaccination card??
It's not 2021 anymore. And both of those things have been scientifically proven NOT to work! Man up!
Is he a qualified vet or what?

And in fact I'm not actually sure that the vets in this branch are actually qualified?? Comparing the advice to the actual reality, seems like a money grab to me!

EDIT: Ok, no the wearing of masks was not once communicated to me when booking but if I'd have had one I would've worn it, and yes your vet did ask me for a vaccination card. So when you capitalise the word 'NEVER' you are out and out lying! And at the same time calling me a liar! Which immediately shows me that your integrity is way down low.

And is your skin so thin that you can't take any criticism? I'm saying what I see! And what I see are a team of vets that aren't as competent as others' that I've experienced. And your response is to say I'm not welcome anymore?? But let me guess my monthly payments are still welcome though aren't they?
As long as you're taking my money you will provide a service!
Would also like to add that the reception staff are and always have been lovely, warm and welcoming people and the vets very kind.

As for covid, stop being pathetic! And stop getting upset when you get criticised, address the problem instead of throwing your toys out of the pram. Show some decorum!
