Good deal with puppy pack for our new CKCS. Vet was very gentle and given good advice. 🐕

My elderly Father has been taking his beloved cat Bubbles to the PDSA for years but recently has not been very happy with their service & treatment. I suggested Vets at home as I used to take my dog to my local store. As soon as she was on the table & after a little explaining of her symptoms, she was diagnosed, recieved an injection, medication given & suggestions of other products & ideas of things we could try to help her. My Father was so happy & said he felt so at ease as soon as he walked in. We just had a feeling she was going to get the care we have waited months & months to get elsewhere. Thank you Vets at home! Bubbles is eternally grateful!

I did not visit Vets4Pets this time, I spoke on the phone with the receptionist/nurse and she was just as nice as she would have been if I was there in person.
I must say that whenever I do need to visit or speak to staff they are always extremely welcoming and very helpful

I went to pick up deworming treatment for my cat, I booked the appointment as well for my pet yearly check. Lovely receptionist/nurse there. Always ready to help. Thank you. X

Got a very young puppy in the house and really unsure at stages where to start, and the staff at the shop have outstanding with advice and help. Very friendly and knowledgeable service which has helped us and made our experience of owning a dog as easy as ABC
