A lovely, caring vets practice. We've always received excellent service, and they were wonderful when we had to say goodbye to our elderly cat last year. We had no hesitation in registering our two new kittens with the practice.

Every time we have used Crossways we have been impressed with their efficiency and clarity about our pets needs. Each vet we have met has helped to put us at ease.

My dog Humphrey was always nervous of the vets until he met Erin. His anxiety of the vets has now gone and he’ll walk quite happily into Crossways and be treated by Erin

Not for the first time, we had a very sick wild rabbit in our garden. Managed to get it in a box and took it into Crossways. They very kindly dealt with the poor bunny, at no charge for wild animals 10 out of 10 for compassion.

Perfect in every way with lots of care and attention to Honey diagnosing her problem and treating it perfectly. Kirsty the vet was amazing and explained everything in detail to me and took such great care of Honey in every way. Thank you so much

We have used crossways vets for 5 years, we use to always go to Storrington branch and always found them great and helpful. We moved but decided to stick with crossways as we have always been happy with the service. We have also used the Steyning branch a couple of times this year and have found the service there is just as good. Thank you to all the staff at crossways.
