GRRREAT Veterinary Practice. Such caring friendly staff. Liquorice adores David Walker. He is one of THE best vets ever. MY dogs wouldn't let me take them anywhere else

I have always found the staff at Upper Grove Street to be very friendly and professional. The vets are great at explaining everything really well and putting you at ease. Our dogs will happily go off into the practice without me and always come out with a wagging tail.

Very easy to get appointment, was seen on time and staff were very friendly. The staff put me and my beautiful girl, Daisy completely at ease.
Practice was very clean but outside could do with ‘cheering up’

I would like to recommend these vets to everyone, their service is outstanding. We have been with them for the last 9 years with our cat Monty who we adopted at the age of 8 1/2 years old. Sadly we have just lost him at the age 17 1/2 years old. He had been suffering with diabetes since 2019 and the care he and we have been giving during this time has been outstanding and thoughtful from all of the the staff, especially vet Claudia Bowen. Most useless vet! The vet doctor is rude, interrupting all the time and doesn't listen to anything you say.

Went to have a check up on my dog and ask for prescription (recurring prescription for epilepsy every 6 months ). She wasn't listening to what I was saying about our dog, just kept interrupting me. I asked for a prescription for 6 months as this is what we were getting in all previous vets, but she kept insisting that she doesn't WANT to prescribe for such a long period and said she will do a prescription for 3 months and then I can comeback after 3 months to collect the new prescription free of charge. I thought, ok that's totally unnecessary but whatever.

Then she calculated (instead of listening to the amount I was saying we need) the amount of pills required for those 3 months and did a mistake instead of 135 pills she put only 90. That's good that I spotted it and corrected her.

Now that 3 months past on we are being charged for a "free" prescription and doctor pretends that we never agreed to get this repeated 3 months prescription for free. Keeps suggesting that I should just find another vet if we are not happy.

People be aware of this vet and I strongly suggest to look elsewhere! I've never met such unprofessional doctor, what a shame people like her are even allowed to work and then legally harass the clients.

Excellent, professional team who treated my pet and me with considered mindfulness regarding costs, my required input/part in treatment plan.

We took our dog Harley to visit the Vet and from the first phone call, Harley was seen that afternoon. We found the Staff to be very professional, understanding, caring, friendly and easy to talk to. My wife and I would recommend this practice to friends and family. If we were able to give more stars we would do this straight away. Thank you to all the Staff.

incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional service, no love for pets just interested in what they can extort from you, advised me to have my cat put down asap but after seeking advice from a competent vet it was evident that my cat was not previously checked thoroughly, misdiagnosed and is now years later living happily and content without the cost that the so called vet "sharples" conjured up to extort. shame on these buffoons
