Medivet Petts Wood - Allpets Veterinary Clinic

First time I've been there. Lovely welcoming staff, on arrival I noticed how clean the waiting room was and then on being called into the consult room for our appointment noticed this was also very clean and tidy. The Vet seemed caring and very knowledgeable and I was very pleased with the service and price.

We are so pleased to have found Allpets! We have a vet literally 200 metres from our door, but without a doubt our choice is Allpets. You cannot help but be reassured by the friendly and welcoming team and environment at Allpets. Our boy, Skimbleshanks, left far more relaxed than when he went in! A huge thanks to Lara for taking the time to help us understand our boy’s condition and answering our questions. It’s comforting to know that the furry members of our family are in good hands.

All the staff that I met were very friendly and reassuring regarding the procedure for my little dog.
I received a call prior to our appointment and the day after the operation to check everything was OK and answer any questions I had.

The vets are very friendly and helpful never had a bad visit with pickle (my cat) yet all of them love him there and he loves them

Not happy since it was taken over by Medivets. I took my ill cat in last year as he'd gone off food/was not himself. His chipped/bad tooth was overlooked by the new vet, and I was just told to come back if things don't resolve, as she could find nothing wrong. Subsequently I had to pay yet another consultation fee to see my usual vet and saw my usual lovely Briony who straight away diagnosed the problem.

All the original vets from Allpets have left - makes you wonder why? This experience has really knocked my confidence in returning for my cat's yearly vaccinations and going forwards, as he's getting an old boy.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. They treat your pet as a loved family member rather than just a patient.
They are very thorough to make sure noting is missed.
Cannot fault them. Highly recommended
