Went elsewhere after speaking with a very rude and unsympathetic receptionist. Despite being registered here, they cancelled my appointment and would not treat my very sick dog. I don't drive and had to ring around for a lift and put her through the trauma of a car journey to Quedgeley. I was already distressed and the vile women on the phone only added to it. Thankfully my dog had an emergency op at Farm vet group instead and survived. I'm sure the vets do a great job, however the staff at Bowbridge need some training in empathy and human decency. Will not be going back. Would have left no stars but no option on the screen

Wonderfully sensitive during a very difficult period in our lovely dog's life. Been around vets for 20 years or so and these are head and shoulders above any others. Absolutely recommend

There was a great push to take the pet plan out, but didn't seem economic to me

Whenever our cat has been ill they've managed to see him promptly. And when we return home he always struts around like a peacock, so whatever they give him, it sure works!

The receptionist is rude and arrogant and when the bill for an X-ray came to £1k and I advise her that my dog has pet insurance, there was no help or assistance over my policy number which all vets have a system online. I had to revert to paying by credit card and still not had the matter resolved. We have found another practice and I will spread the word not to use this vets to all those I know. Terrible service, had the feeling that my dog is a money maker. Bowbridge get you in, charge you and do very little for you. Totally disgusted with the whole experience and if I could leave zero stars, then without any doubt that would be my choice. If you’re reading this review please look elsewhere if you are considering using this business, avoid at all cost and you’ll not get such a negative experience we had.

1st visit experience.
Extremely impressed with reception staff (both telephone manner & in person).
Vet was enamored with my 2 kittens, gave them a thorough check over prior to them being neutered.

My dog died this year.i spent thouds with this vet now I have a new dog because I have no more money they don,t won,t to know only for the rich disgrace
