Heene Road Vets

My little ratties teeth were too long and desperately needed a trim to prevent damage to her mouth. Even though they are short staffed and not taking on new patients at this time, I couldn't find another vet to trim her teeth for me. They took her on as a matter of urgency. And they did not charge a small fortune. I'm very grateful for their help and kindness.

My experience of Heene hasn’t been very professional,
As my dog been over ten years, although they they are supposed to my Prec online , its always wrong, which means have chase them up Expecting to pay again . And every time explain myself, which make me feel they don’t my dog. Even though ten years.

Thank you for your support today. I didnt want to make the adult decisions and evan though you knew i needed too.... you directed me gently and softly took care of maisie made her comfortable and gave us both the time and provided the
support we needed .

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Although it's not nice to take your loved animals to the vet, they go out of there way to help.

I had to go to this vets on Saturday as my vets which is part of the same group was closed and had to have my dogs dressings changed after a road traffic accident. They were really really good. They were excellent with my dog Cleo and really friendly to me. Lovely staff.

We managed to get a same day appointment for a kitten health check. Lovely receptionist and vet, very pleased with our visit.

Fab vets, seen my pet straight away in an emergency, not even registered there, vet was very thorough & friendly. Showed a real care for my pet. Staff friendly, bit of a mix up with appointment and name but it was fine. Would highly recommend. Thank you! Oh Missy is a lot better than what she was, still very sleepy but eating bits of chicken & rice & drinking water...slowly on the mend...
