The most amazing vets. We have a large breed rescue (Rottweiler). I do not know what I would have done without them. We were registered to another local vet who kept wanting to sedate/anaesthetise him just to give him a simple check up because of his breed. Doug and Darren have been incredible and never needed to do so. Darren met the dog when we first rescued him and even after being barked and lunged at by our dog, Darren treated him amazingly and made us as owners feel so comfortable. Vets previous to this have refused him or tried to sedate him. Doug recently treated him, we explained he’s very wary and a rescue but Doug was not put off and treated him with confidence and kindness. I want other rescue owners who feel anxious with taking their reactive dog to the vet know that Darren and a Doug were incredible. We can’t thank you all enough and the lady behind reception is lovely and understood. I would never take my dog anywhere else. Your care and knowledge is outstanding. It really has meant so much to us and made our journey with our rescue so much easier. We are truly grateful for all your help and support .

This company is very professional. The technician tyler knew what he was doing, was courteous, timely and fixed our problem. We needed a couple of parts which he promptly ordered. The receptionist was also very professional and kept me updated of where we stood with our service appointments. Ridge appliance repair is a five star company.

I cannot recommend them enough. I’ve had many pets in the last few years and despite living far away I come here whenever my pets have an issue. If I’m unable to pay the balance at the time they allow me to wait until I’m able to pay, so even if I don’t have money at the time my animals can get the care they deserve. The staff are wonderful and so kind. When I got my rabbit put to sleep they gave her unlimited treats and let me hold her to make it comfortable as possible, when my rat stayed for surgery they went out and got food for her, they are overall just amazing. If you want somewhere you can trust with your pets, this is the place!

Our hamster became ill, i had taken her to our local vet on the Friday, we took her home but she became worse a couple of days later on 2 Jan when our vet was closed. I phoned the emergency Centre and went immediately, they dealt with our pet with compassion. Sadly she could not recover. Lovely people and very good Vet Emergency Centre, spotless, very clean.

Friendly efficient service, blood test taken and results while we waited (took under an hour). Not cheap - £125 just for a consultation - but results worth it. Altogether, with anti-emetic jab, temperature taken, blood test, 4 days'worth of 2 sets of tablets, 2 tins of low fat food and advice to see my own vet the following day, the bill came to around £425. Not cheap, but given that this was an emergency on a Sunday afternoon, it was worth it.

Absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. Needed urgent help and they were so good. Receptionist so kind as was the vet we saw.
Brilliant service from kind caring people

First visit here today for my ball python. We were seen within minutes and the Vet was genuine and caring. Receptionist extremely polite and friendly and will definitely be recommending to our fellow reptile breeders. I have more than 20 snakes and can definitely say I will be making this our regular!! Thank you so much for looking over our Pied and making us feel at ease.

Really nice place. We were really pleased to bring our bearded dragon to this vet.
The vet was friendly, helpful and very well informed as well as the lady at the front desk.
We felt that we did the right thing comming to this place.
