Great little vets (part of a big group) all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Newly improved the Cobham branch, it has two entrances. One for Cats and one for Dogs - big improvement. Very smart and modern and have everything you need from a vets. They take the time to explain everything. Seem to be fair priced. Always gives our little kitten great care. Would recommend.

I have been a client with this practice for over 30 years and received outstanding care for my animals.
Both outpatient and inpatient services are of a high standard and a great team spirit from the reception, nursing and veterinarian staff. They have adapted to the changes required to continue practicing safely during the Covid-19 Pandemic to ensure their staff and clients are not put at risk.

Beech House both in Shepperton and Hersham have been very helpful, attentive and friendly with my Mum’s aging cat. They have thought outside the box with his kidney disease treatment and found a successful unconventional remedy to his nausea and appetite issues.

Called at 1pm as my cat had hurt it's self and was limping. Seen at 1.30pm. Always great service, gentle vets and happy reception staff.

A wonderful place. Didn't judge me and treated my dog with respect. Felt like they had time for us. Great parking. My dog was unsure then wanted to go back in!
