Brilliant vets centre!! ALL the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable, considerate and understanding from the vets to the receptionist and in between. Nothing is too much trouble them and they remember you!! You and your pets are treated as part of there big family, not just a number, or just counting the money coming in.
I have been with these now for over 10years with my dogs, ducks, and cats. We've been threw some really tough times with one of my dogs this last 4months and I couldn't of asked for any better care or compassion for both me and my dog. I recommend them passionately and trust them with my animals lifes 110%.

Had to make an emergency visit with our dog whilst on holiday. An excellent experience all round, the staff and vets were very friendly, genuinely concerned and treated our dog so well.

We have been with Brownlow veterinary practice for more than 30 years with a variety of our animals. The staff have always worked their best for our pets, treating them with kindness and listening to our concerns.

A very friendly and professional vets, we took our dog Meg here after she had a run in with a car. After an inspection of the injury we had a discussion with the very friendly lady vet who put us at ease and treated and bandaged the wound in a very neat and efficient manner. The communication was excellent and we were left with the impression that the vet knew and wanted what was best for the dog and wasn't just focused on making money.

They have very good basketside manners. They were lovely when I had to have my cat put down last week. Tissues at the ready! They even sent me a little sympathy card in the post the next day. Losing a pet never gets any easier.
