Ashley Vets

Ashley vets were incredible. The vet herself carried my cat in and passed him fit. When I left one.of the receptionist carried him out for me. My cat was admired by everyone there.

I took my sick gerbil in for an appointment which I had booked in the morning. Very grateful for them seeing me in the same day and the vet was very respectful and tried her best to offer suggestions. Unfortunately he passed the next day despite our efforts but if I ever had to return i would definitely consider Ashley Vets again.

Despite their website showing a large number of vets when I called today regarding a very poorly dog who couldn't walk I was told I had to take her in, despite her weighing 6 stone. As only 1 vet was working and they didn't do call outs. These chaps are probably great for hamsters but NOT for sick animals needing immediate help. Very disappointing!

I was recommended Takeshi by a good friend after I had been unhappy with a larger more commercial clinic we had used for some time. It was especially important as our beautiful and loved Labrador Tosca was approaching end of life. Takeshi was so compassionate and guided us through everything so well. When it came to the end, his sensitivity was amazing. Dog owners will all know how hard it is to say goodbye to their beloved pet especially after 14 years. An unbearable moment would have been so much worse if it had not been for Takeshi taking his time to explain everything and making the moment so peaceful. I was given all the time I needed to say goodbye. In a few short visits he had already bonded with Tosca so there was no fear or trauma. Ashley vets may not have a glitzy building to practice in but in Takeshi’s hands you know you are well cared for by a genuinely compassionate vet and I couldn’t have asked for more. I can’t thank you enough.

100% trust in Takeshi and everyone in this vetinary practice. Loki loves seeing everyone, and gets excited when we pull up. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. They treat my dog as if she were their own 💖

Extremely professional and caring in all aspects of our kitten’s care. The service wasn’t rushed and was COVID safe. Thank you to Dr Takeshi Okano and team. Contrary to other reviews, I didn’t find there were any extra charges.
