Vets4Pets - Chesterfield

Very thorough in ther investigation of our dog's back leg, and also the removal of a fat lump some months earlier.

The vet was extremely friendly, and as we had kittens they took their time and let them explore and feel comfortable before any treatment was carried out.
We have been back since and the Kittens were not stressed or agitated in any way, a stress free visit for animals and owners.

The new vet, Paris, was caring, thorough and explained everything we needed to know. Our pets were well looked after and felt at ease. A real credit to your practise.

I took my 35 kilo slightly nervous dog with separation anxiety to be spayed and she was treated brilliantly. They did everything in there powers to avoid her getting stressed and anxious, including encouraging me to be present while she was sedated and be there as she came round.

So lovely on the phone. So helpful when I took my boy cat for the snip that I've signed both my cats up there and joined their complete plan. Couldn't fault them one bit. The staff even cuddled my boy to put him at ease. I'm happy to be their customer.
