Vets4Pets - Bristol Imperial

I initially thought Vets4Pets would 'do' whilst I tried to get into a 'local' independent practice, but I now wouldn't go anywhere else. I've used them over the last 5 months for my pup, for vaccinations etc, a few check ups and most recently a very stressful incident with some antifreeze ! I couldn't praise the staff and the care more. Everyone I've seen has been really lovely, helpful, caring, takes time to explain things and is great with the animals. Receptionists are friendly and welcoming, and my pup loves the place (maybe its the balls by reception...!) I would totally stick with them now. I've been really impressed. Thanks for your care and attention. Selkie the cocker spaniel is one very happy (and alive!) dog!

Visiting the vet is normally a stressful experience, however, this visit was calm due to being able to wait outside and being called by the vet when ready. The vet was brilliant and very understanding of our situation and was able to give us a very satisfactory outcome. The receptionist was also brilliant, and incredibly helpful and understanding of having an anxious pet, both when I registered my dogs and when we attended the appointment. Thank you.

We have a year-and-a-half golden retriever and have been to the vet about half a dozen times. We had left disappointed multiple times since the vet tried to get rid of us quickly, looked at our boy for a second and then prescribed lots of things; charged a fortune... we wanted to change the vet, but because so many vets aren't taking new patients, we didn't.
Today we had an appointment with Gabriel Roig, who was just great! He gave us enough time, checked our dog thoroughly, and told us the cost of treatment and tests before going ahead with any of it. He took his time and answered all our questions. We won't be changing vets. We would highly recommend him.

That is the only place in Bristol on which you can find the cat sand from PETS AT HOME that will not make your flat stink. Other sands are a waste of money. Moreover, great place for pets care. All the stuff you will find in here.

Everyone was friendly and the vet who saw Misty was great with her, as she is a very nervous cat

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions, even the really random ones. It really put us at ease.
It would be nicer if the waiting area was more secluded/quieter to make it less stressful for the pets

Because Amelia is an excellent vet, very experienced, I know my pet is in the best hands and i totally trust her, she gives me complete peace of mind because she is so reassuring and everything is explained clearly, I feel 100% confident my pet will get the right treatment, when I see Amelia.

Great vets, all the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely recommend.
