Really friendly, they explain everything clearly. I took my Mable who was really poorly, and they have worked miracles, she is almost back to normal. Lots of follow up and great advice.. they are all very caring, wouldn't go anywhere else..

We've been coming here for years with all of our pets (Dogs, cats and chickens) and always received excellent care. You can always find an appointment when you need one and the reception team are friendly and helpful. The Vet team are also excellent and knowledgeable. We've also used their excellent quiet Bewsbury clinic in Whitfield for our Pug who is quite highly strung around other dogs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a decent Vet :)

I honestly never review places, but this vetinary surgery (and their sister practice in Walmer) really do their very best for animals. Both of my cats are registered, and I've had to call a few times with an emergency question, which they've always accommodated. One of mine had to be kept in for observations over a weekend and they always called to keep me updated. Hard working, caring staff, going out of their way to try and help you. I feel extremely happy and safe with my pets under their care.

So thankful for the genuine care that all involved gave when our much loved dog's spay was due. They did a marvelous job & the follow up checks were so reassuring. You can see everyone here enjoys their work & we're very grateful for their valued dedication

Every time I have been to this vets since being transferred from Folkestone we have had to wait an hour or more in the surgery for our appointment. This last appointment for my dog we called last Wednesday to advise he was in pain and we’d like him to be seen only to be told we had to wait a week for an appointment. Fast forward a week and we are then in the surgery and waiting an hour for our appointment (again). If you are running behind why not have the courtesy to call ahead to appointments and ask them to come in half hour or an hour later? It’s no good telling us when we’re sat in the surgery and even then that was only once we had been sat there past our appointment time. It doesn’t matter what time of day you get an appointment at this surgery there is always a wait. Additionally, as the appointments are always running behind it just feels as though the vet is rushing you through

Our appointment was an emergency appointment at a weekend. At a stressful time for our pet and her owners the staff were caring, friendly and professional carrying out a vital operation and organising aftercare.

I have decided to try elsewhere. They never run on time. However, I am most disappointed about the fact that my dog had to have an x-ray for a possible fracture. Rather than calling me when the results were known I had to wait for many hours. Even when I called the vets to collect my dog, reception would not give me any information and no one was available to talk to. As it happens there was no fracture and he was not too bad at all, which meant I was unnecessarily stresses for hours when this could’ve easily been avoided with a simple call. I have since spoken to a number of vets (one of them is my niece ) who all said that I should’ve received a call reassuring me that there was no break . I also asked for a copy of the x-ray for my niece to review, but this never came. Also, when I told reception I was disappointed , nobody senior called me back to try and remedy the situation or at least assure me that this wasn’t standard policy. Had this happened I may not have posted this review. Hopefully this feedback might achieve a change in policy and a more caring approach.

Best clinic in the area. They have helped me so much with my dogs and saved their lives. The vets have a massive amount of knowledge and it is noticeable they teach that to all the new vets that come in the clinic. They are not offended when you ask a lot of questions. All the stars for the vets,Nurses and receptionists.
