We take Our little Chihuahua here and the service is second to none. Martini needed some of his teeth removing, he was quickly booked in to have the operation and I can't praise the staff enough for how kind and gentle they treated my little Prince. He's now a lot happier and we attend for regular checkups which are free with the insurance that the vets provide. Parking is provided and is free of charge, which is a bonus as the vets is located within a busy town centre where there is only paid for parking.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. My cat, Champagne, had an operation, she was well cared for. The vet, Jessica, explained to us about the procedure. Later, when we collected Champagne it was explained to us how to care for the wound.

Absolutely lovely vets! We've been going here since COVID times and they've gone above and beyond to accommodate. Every time I take my dog Charlie for a visit, they treat him with so much love and compassion as if he is one of their own. He never enters or leaves the clinic with any anxiety and everything is always explained patiently and clearly.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Our cat is rather feisty and they have been amazing with her, so professional and super friendly. By far the best vets we have ever used!

All they care about is money.only took my dog there because there was no other vet appointments.took him to have some ticks removed.they said there were no ticks.clearly there was cos i could see them no ticks removed and they wanted 58 quid.then they was eanting me to pay 175 for blood tests.they clearly not interested in animals. Staff was nice but the vets well say no more.

Previously visited a vet more local but as My Dog needed a fairly Major op I sought out a Vet we had previously been with (Jessica) who had joined carrick a few years ago I was so glad we took the decision to drive the 40 mins up the motorway I felt more informed and at ease with the operation my dog needs. I feel very confident handing him over

I cannot begin to say how highly I recommend this Veterinary practice . I have 3 dogs. I live 30 mins down the motorway and had previously been a customer of a Jessica who had moved to Carrick a few years ago. Due to some questionable advice by my local Vet I decided to Seek out Jessica's opinion on a lump my dog had. I was already aware it was a lipoma but felt it was getting to a size that should be treated, Although was advised to leave it . On Visiting Carrick I immediately knew I had made the correct decision to transfer his care . He walked in with the vet never looked back and we decided that to ensure his quality and longevity life . At this point the lump was 8cm x 8cm and fairly deep. The operation and procedure was explained in terms a way non Veterinary professional could understand and the price was more than comparative. We took Spot for his op and he wandered in like he was having a day at the play park . His operation was done very quickly and the very large lump was removed along with a few little nips on bumps and skintags . Two more little lumps were tested whilst he was under and his nails were trimmed. He came home with his operation vest and everything for his after care in his own party bag he has never bothered with his stitches due to the fantastic sealing of the wound. We haven't had a single issue with his post op care largely just leaving it and checking and have sent pictures to the vet at each check to ensure he is recovering well instead of the 90 min round trip. His wound is a masterpiece not a single mark can be seen. Would I recommend this Veterinary practice ABSOLUTELY
