I Phoned the practice as I needed an emergency appointment for our cat who was very poorly and had not eaten or drank anything for 3 days only to be told by the receptionist that it wasn’t classed as an emergency and we would need to wait 3 days! I had to convince the receptionist that it was an emergency and that he had to be seen today. Was then offered an apt. Arrived and saw Davide during the consultation I observed him pull faces when I was answering his questions and found him condescending and rude. Our cat was so dehydrated he was given intravenous fluids and kept there all day for tests and treatment. Over the next couple of weeks we made several trips to this practice and my experience wasnt good. One reception will tell you one thing and another will tell u something completely different. Definitely need to work on their customer service skills. They are all about the money and want to book u in for as many treatments and consultations as possible. Ridiculous. £1,100 later our cat was feeling better however shocking that we were not even going to be given an appointment for several days and then we turn up and in fact our cat is admitted straight to hospital. When I explained to the vet I would rather our cat was not admitted for the night as it would be too traumatic for our cat and that i’ll bring him back the following day. I was told my cat looked depressed so it can’t be any worse for him! My cat was very poorly he’s not exactly going to walk in doing cart wheels. How insensitive and rude. Will not be returning!

I walked in requesting an appointment at 9:00am to be booked in for 3:40pm. The receptionist was ever so friendly and helped me get my dog onto the scales (which I definitely needed help with!). The vet was friendly, knowledgeable about Bailey and was happy to offer some help even though my appointment was not arranged for this reason. A lovely group of people

My retired racing greyhound Joey went for his first vet visit with me having adopting him 14 weeks ago. Sonia the vet he saw is a sighthound owner herself so is well aware of their not so normal dog behaviour. She put him at ease straight away and was able to give him his injections without any difficulty from him and I am confident with taking him back for his booster. It was a lovely experience as the receptionists as well as the Sonia gave Joey lots of fusses.

Until they moved upstairs it was fine but my dog will not go in the lift or is reluctant to go up the stairs. So have changed vets. Went to the new vets the other day and he is fine in there.

I used to love this surgery when it was in lodge park. They all seemed like they cared. They are awful now. They don’t care, don’t listen.

No point complaining - they stick with each other and won’t apologise for anything.

It was my first time going to the vets and they made me feel calm and welcoming

Took my cat in for an appointment as he has gotten very ill very quickly and it seemed like all they wanted to do was put him down rather than make the effort to do some tests to see if he could be helped. The vet was trying to tell us what we could and could not do with our pet and kept insisting we had him put to sleep rather than make the very short journey to an animal hospital (20 mins) for further treatment. When they agreed to let us take him they made us wait 35 mins in the waiting room, in which time we could've been at the hospital, while they filled out paperwork and subsequently locked the door to the clinic room. Almost seemed like they were taking him hostage. We did, reluctantly, have to put him to sleep as he didn't respond well to treatment but at least we were given the choice at the hospital which is more than I can say for Vets4Pets.
I would avoid this vets and find somewhere more friendly and respectful.

Very good service nice to find a vet that aren't trying to fleece you for money nearly 3 times cheaper than my previous vets Acorn in Studley.
