Chris the vet was kind, empathetic and listened to our concerns and treated our old dog fantastically. Always happy with the service and treatments we receive.

Our 3 cats have been with Chapel House since day dot. They've all had health issues that required visits (some more serious than others). Every visit has been a positive experience for both us as owners and the cats. They're not very brave but are quickly put at ease by every vet and veterinary nurse they see. The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful and have comforted us during stressful times.

Chapel Vets took far too long to treat my dog with a skin problem. They refused to let me see the same Vet again. It took me to walk into another vet to get fungal shampoo and antibiotics. In my opinion this practice is run by graduates and lack the professional guidance and maturity of a Master Vet. If this had been the case, I’m sure we would have been treated faster. Let’s be honest if the tables had turned and my dog was theirs. They wouldn’t find it acceptable either.

Been with them for 15 years,Vets are lovely but receptionists need to pay more attention. Following the the demise of one of my dogs,they didn't read their forms resulting in no pawprint keepsake,as she was cremated. Very upsetting for my family.

They care and are clearly committed to making sure your pet gets the treatment they need. They listen and have never made me feel like I’m the over protective, crazy dachshund owner. 100% recommend
