Vets4Pets - Chelmsford

Poppy was well looked after, it was clearly explained that we would get a call about 4pm to arrange collection of her between 5-7pm after she had been neutered. I got a call at 4.20 to advise my cat could be collected at 6pm. The surgeon has done a great job she has a small incision & 3 neat stitches.

This is by far the best Vet practice we have used over the past 15 years.

The staff are incredible and really compassionate. They’ve treated all of our pets over the years which range from pet mice to our dogs. They’ve always done a great job with the treatment that has been required.

I have so many great things to say about them that I could write an essay.

We have always found the vets to be very friendly and personal - they always seem to know the animals really well. The consultations are always thorough - you never feel like you are being rushed out. Vigilant caring vets.

My dogs diabetes was dealt with thoroughly and explained to me very well. The treatment is definitely working and my dog is much healthier and a good weight now. Always friendly and listen and have time for you and your pet.

As a first time puppy owner I really satisfied with the appointment. I found that I had enough time to talk about my pet and any problems we might have. In terms of content, I did find it a bit overwhelming at times but the vet was happy to repeat anything I missed.

Dr. Denny was very professional and knowledgeable when checking our dogs. She also gave great advice. Highly recommend and will be seeing her again!

Came in today regarding my kitten and the health conditions the breed can get.
I saw Juan and what a lovely man he is. Throughly checked over Moose and gave me brilliant advice. You can see he loves his job and he is brilliant at it.

The reception staff are so friendly and meet Asta like she's their own. Bonnie is an amazing vet, so knowledgeable and brilliant with Asta. She understands her and is so patient. Can't recommend Bonnie as a vet any more highly. Also loved the Christmas card, great touch.
