Terrible, don't know the Laws! Wrote in my dogs European passport when they had no business doing so - completely invalidating the passport and ill have to remake it in Europe. Then made up rules about the health certificate needed for the dog to be let out of the country making us scurry last minute to get everything done when they gave us no info on it beforehand. Very non apologetic. Just not a great experience.

Staff lovely and handled my daughter’s Guinea pig with sensitivity and interest. Felt really well looked after and even gave her a nail clip when asked (Guinea pig, not my daughter!). Thank-you. 😊

Just had our first visit to the vets for a first puppy check up and vaccination. Went really well, everyone is nice and friendly! Asked lots of questions and they were really helpful with lots of knowledge and tips. Many thanks see you in 4 weeks time 😀

Friendly desk staff and caring vets. Felt my dog was well looked after and they advised of any costs prior to administering treatments to allow me to make informed decisions. Clean reception with some items available to purchase. Parking outside shared with the shop next door's customers so can be a tight squeeze.

First visit and the staff made me and my kitten very welcome , really helpful and kitten plan is great value. 4 weeks free Pet plan too.
My kitten was neutered today and the vets have been amazing , definitely recommend them.
