SittiVets Veterinary Surgery

This place is absolutely lovely. I took my hamster, Whisper, here and they were very kind and supportive during the whole thing. He had to have surgery on a growth in his ear and he's fully recovered and they took excellent care of him.

Great service, friendly staff. Speyed my rabbit over a week ago and she's doing fantastic.

Bring back the old team! Told that my 3 year old daughter SERIOUSLY needed to stop scaring MY rabbits (our indoor rabbits who live with this child & 2 others plus 2 other pets! ) ... "A rabbit can break its back from jumping too hard!!" After speaking to another customer in the carpark knowing they had taken her in for an appointment booked for 10 minutes AFTER mine I reminded the vet that not only had I just waited 20 minutes because you insisted "that lady is before you" but now she was shouting at my daughter. After a heated discussion she insisted she was not & had been dealing with a sad situation beforehand. Yes I see the man crying in the carpark... I too have lost a dog before & it is awful but that should not effect the care i receive. We also lost the rabbit that I brang in last Friday by the way....Thanks for asking! So hostile, uncalled for behaviour. Will never return.

We have been using SittiVets for a number of years for our two dogs. One of them became ill recently, and unfortunately we had to take the decision to have him put to sleep. I cannot praise SittiVets enough for what they did for him over the 2 week period in which they attempted to help him. At the end, they were so caring and considerate for what were our last moments with our dog. Highly recommended!

Always helpful and friendly, they are always very good with our dog and would recommend them to any of my friends with pets. They are fair with pricing too.

Overdosed my cat, claimed he needed 6 units of insulin twice a day when we went to the emergency vet as severely unwell they saw his organs failing and that he’s had an overdose

Always been friendly, extremely supportive. Been here for good and bad, wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets. Only down side is you can always guarantee a wait.

All ways easy to make an appointment. They have done a great job caring for our ageing cats.
