Excellent all round, staff very supportive in explaining what would be happening during my cats dental procedure and to answer any questions I had with regards to the said operation, they made me feel calm and relaxed and that I could phone anytime whilst my cat was with them. On collecting my cat they explained what might happen bleeding of the gum and to ring them straight away, they have me a follow up date but as above if I was worried about anything I was to ring them. I cannot thank all of the staff involved and to top it all 24hrs a day 365days a year is very reassuring. I would highly recommend Mefivet to my family, friends and work colleagues, well done. 😍

Finally, know who is an exotic vet. Pablo is amazing, friendly and kept me updated, I’m sure he’s done everything he could do to save my bunny, and thank him, he feels much better.

They are full of emergency cases but he was still able to contact me.

Received outstanding support from the team here. I called this evening U.K. time (early afternoon here in the U.S.) to request records on a pet who has been relocated to Texas. The St. Albans location where the pet was previously a patient was closed for the night, but the team member who answered the call at the Watford 24-hour emergency location was able to track down the pet's record and email them to us. It was very encouraging and appreciated, especially after not getting a response through the online portal for over 10+ days.

The staff are always very welcoming and friendly to us and our dog, always greeting her by name and making a fuss of her. They always explain the problem and treatment in layman's terms (if necessary). I couldn't recommend them more or praise them highly enough.

Do not go to krzysia Malkiewicz night surgeon at watford branch. No compassion she is disinterested in small animals she couldn’t be bothered to examine my guinea pig. Despite him nearing end of life. Her attitude was a disgrace and I did not feel at all comfortable leaving my pet with her.
I highly recommend the Radlett branch especially Alan and Natasha they have been amazing over the years. Thank you to you both
