I had to take one of my rats today as she had had some sort of stroke and a seizure she couldn’t walk or eat and drink the vet I seen was lovely she loved rats she went through all the options but the best for my rat was to be put to sleep. It was lovely she took her and did what they need to do and brought her back so I could be with her while she went and then took her and wrapped her up on her blanket. I couldn’t ask for more will definitely use them again

Pets are part of our family. Going to a place where someone else has to handle your little bundle of fluff can be difficult, as I don't want my pet to be mistreated. I can honestly say I have absolutely no hesitation coming here. Each member of staff have the up most respect for my pets. My kitty is very young, he was given great care.
I had to have a pet put to sleep in January. The staff here were just so knowing and nothing was too much trouble. My pet came 1st, I will never forget the kindness to her. Thank you all you are all amazing and caring people

I've been taking my dogs here a few years and no complaints from me, dogs may think differently but they always get lots of strokes and cuddles. We've always got Appointments when we need them and repeated prescriptions if required.

I brought my cat for a booster jab. He was very stressed and lashing out at me and the Vet. The Vet was very sympathetic and understanding and offered multiple solutions. Then I had issues with putting the cat in the carrier and a nurse helped me with that. Throughout the appointment the staff were very understanding and helpful. I recommended this practice to all my friends.

Easy to get an appointment. Parking outside premises. Nice waiting room with only 1 other dog ( my smallest dog, Scrappy, can react to big dogs ). Empathy from lady vet I saw who understood my concerns. Thank you.

David who seem to Winnie was so nice a gentle with her. He put out minds at ease, his knowledge about Winnie was amazing. All in all a fab vet .

The staff were very polite and friendly. The receptionist was very helpful explaining the pet plan and payments to me. The direct debit was set up quickly and easily. The nurse was great with my puppy, it was her first visit to the vets but she was no problem at all, she didn't get stressed or upset at all. The nurse explained everything that she was doing and answered questions that I had about the vaccines and treatment that Roxi was getting and about further vaccines and treatments so I fully understood everything properly. I was very happy with Roxi's visit.
