The practice is always clean and tidy. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. All my pets (Dogs & cat) feel relaxed during their visits, staff are always accommodating of their needs. I have always received clear information regarding treatment, plans, costs.

Full confidence in leaving our Jack Russell with them for a dental procedure. He is nearly 14 years old, so of course we were concerned, but from pre op checks to post op follow up telephone calls and one to one consultation, his and our care was exemplary . Couldn't reccomend this practice more highly!

We called the Eureka vets in urgency, since we had an Animal Health Certificate missing to cross the Eurotunnel to France. The whole team was very welcoming and supportive, we were able to get what we needed very quickly. Thank you very much!! Our dog was very happy too (no pain 😁).

This practice was so helpful when there were no vets available at our registered surgery. Our dog was in a lot of pain with his eyes and far from the easiest of patients but Charlotte, the vet, was so kind and patient with him. He is now well on the road to recovery. Highly recommend.

By far the best vets in Ashford i would not take my dogs anywhere but here they are friendly caring and look after your animals as if they were there own pets cant recommend enough

From the moment you step through the door you are made to feel at ease. Vet Charlotte was very eager to sort out our problem and acted quickly and was determined to find out what was wrong within seconds had a plan and guided me through what she was going to do.
While we had waited a short time 1 of the Nurses brought out bowls of water for the dogs and made sure they were OK. Would definitely recommend to everyone to use them .My thanks are not enough for the swift way you cared for us .

Difficult to park close to the vets as shares parking with other shops so for large dogs needing to be carried it's not ideal.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Despite me spelling my address to the receptionist, when I looked at my paperwork on arriving home both my address and my dogs birthdate were wrong!

Molly is always very well looked after by all members of staff. The veterinary staff are great as are the reception team.
