In particular " Richard ".He has had to repeat things to us and even explains Tillys condition to our little ones.We never feel 'rushed' and if we just dont get something he will explain it til we do.The staff at Aintree VETS4PETS treat the animals like they are their own. Cant ask for more than that. .
We took him back to the vet, he was in a very bad way and we were met with no kind of sympathy. We were made to sit in a busy waiting room, in a busy pets at home store, whilst my family was visibility upset, and my dog was euthanised.
I have no faith at all that the vet helped in any way shape or form, just that she made things so much worse.
I have another dog and 2 cats registered with this vet, and I will never take them to be seen by this vet again.
Now, to my rabbits in the present. I understand that rabbits are hard to gender as babies but when two vets with 35 years experience between them are confident that one was a boy and one was a girl (originally bought as two girls) We booked them in to be spayed / neutered. We signed the papers for one boy and one girl to find our AFTER their operations that they were both boys. This vets was not consented to operate on two boys and they didn't call us prior to ask if we wanted to continue.
Since this, the vets have continued to let us down. My rabbit had their vaccinations booked weeks in advance and when I went to take them, I was informed there was only one vaccine when they knew I had two rabbits. I had to take one back the next day to stress him out in the car.
This vets claim they put pets first, but in reality, they don't.
We've now left this practice and gone somewhere else, somewhere who we know will 100% put our pets first.
