Fantastic. My cat needed urgent surgery on Sunday. They were brilliant, so caring. I knew she was in good hands.

Definitely the vets to consider. I had an issue with an insurance claim and following further information from Iain and his team the insurance reconsidered and paid up. Not the cheapest but excellent service, and you certainly get what you pay for.

Do not recommend. This is the breeders vet that my kitten had her 8 week injections at. When we collected her from the breeder at 9 weeks old she was anorexic, pot bellied and lethargic. Having taken her to my vet (not Ferring Vets), they ran multiple tests and it turns out she had Giardia.

On her injection card from Ferring vets she was only 500g which is far too light for a kitten of her age. My vet couldn't believe they allowed her to have 8 week injections when she was so underweight and undeveloped for an 8 week old kitten, she was visibly unwell and has been incredibly poorly since we have had her.
We have treated the Giardia and she is still unwell so we are running further tests on her.
How on earth can this vet allow this to happen?! Huge negligence on their part. As soon as she went in for her 8 week injections based on our vets opinion they should have taken one look at her and refused to do her injections until they got the bottom of her anorexia, pot belly and stunted growth.
Unfortunately, I believe there is something going on...the breeder I got my kitten from breeds a huge amount of kittens each year, I know she had at least 15 kittens born in May (including my girl), she also had some born a month prior to that and was expecting more in June/July through to October so I imagine the vets are making a large amount of money from her.

Lovely practice. Really helpful and consultative staff. They took the time for us and made sure we were well informed to make a decision.
We had an old dog that needed a General Anaesthetic before having 7 teeth extracted. Fortunately he did really well and is now a happy old boy again!
I wouldn't ask for the experience to be any different. Perfect.
Thanks Ferring Vets
