My dog needed specialist tests that my usual vet couldn't offer. The appointments came through quickly.
The whole experience from reception through to the vet nurses was carried out efficiently and informatively- with lots of reassurance for the dog, who was very stressed.
The vet was very friendly and calm, listening to what we said about symptoms. She then explained what she was going to do and because I am a specialist nurse, talked about findings throughout the investigations / scans as we were allowed to stay with him for some of the tests. Very appreciative of that.
An efficient service with a caring establishment.

Absolutely fantastic veterinary surgery who essentially saved our dog's life following an attack by another dog. The vet was brilliant with constant updates and all the staff were so friendly and caring. I just wish they were closer as they would absolutely be my vet of choice

After being badly let down by our vets, we came to Millhouse as an out of hours appointment for a large dog with a hotspot. From the initial phone call the staff were nothing but professional, polite and incredibly efficient, not to mention very caring about my big lad and his smaller but more anxious companion dog. The pricing was reasonable, and the actual place was very clean, tidy and comfortable. 24 hours later, and he's already looking better because of the excellent help he received. This is what a vets should be like.

Very helpful staff, but the cost of treatment is eyewaterinw even with pet insurance, £700 for an X-ray on a cat, within 19 minutes the bill was £1500 and climbing, by next morning it was the £3000 insurance limit and still climbing all for a chest infection

Very good and professional staff. They have been so kind to my pet, patient and they answered all my questions. At every visit I had so far they gave some treats for my pet as well, which is just so wholesome! I definitely recommend this veterinary over others in Lynn.
There is one downside though, their store is too expensive, almost double the standard price in other retailers.

Very impressed. Thank you for helping me with my dog. Sat in the cage in the car. Did not have to wait too long. Good advice given.. Friendly service from the staff. First time there.

I needed a vet on Boxing Day, and they were very helpful and efficient. They're not my usual vet - they were handling emergency calls during the holidays - but I would definitely recommend them.

An emergency op on our cocker spaniel on Boxing Day - couldn’t have asked for better care for our girl. Regular updates and fully informed about best treatment and care.
