Bury St Edmunds Veterinary Centre

I would never take one of my animals anywhere else. Every member of staff I have talked to has been wonderful. The vets and nurses are amazing with my pets, incredibly kind and very knowledgeable! The receptionists are welcoming and so helpful.

As a new customer who’s second visit involved having my elderly cat put to sleep I can not praise the team enough . Kind , honest , respectful and I could go on. Stay independent guys … it shines through that you are and I truly believe in your ethos and you as a team … highly recommend

Just wanted to leave the review and say how absolutely amazing the whole team is!
Our Frenchie Kobi has had a few issues in the past and Carly and team have been amazing with everything.
We have moved to London and trying to find a vet as good as these guys is impossible. We have driven the 2 hours multiple times, since they just provide the best care and advice. I wish we didn't live so far away now.

Fantastic vets. The staff were ALL friendly, sympathetic to my pets' needs and gave excellent care. The best and most knowledgeable vets I have found locally for small animals such as birds and guinea pigs. The prices were reasonable and I felt my pets were in good hands. They even provided follow up after care and supported me emotionally too.

I Highly recommend Bury St Edmunds Veterinary Centre they have made my visit yesterday with my cat Bella so welcoming even though I sadly had to make a heart breaking decision to let her run free over rainbow 🌈 bridge I just want to say a massive thank you to the love support and dignity you showed and helping me when I didn’t have anything I appreciate it so so much

These guys are the best around. Matt is the nicest person I’ve met, so knowledgeable and caring. Went the extra mile and sent us a hand written card after we lost our lizard.

Seriously can’t recommend this place enough! Especially if you own reptiles/exotics I promise you’ll be in good hands!

We drive an hour just to go there because they’re so amazing!

We bade our best friend and most treasured family member, Charlie, goodbye. I cannot thank Dr Carly and her team of staff for such excellent care towards him. Thank you on behalf of Charlie and my family. ❤

Very impressed with the treatment by all the team when one of our puppies had a problem with his teeth. Super quick treatment which meant he could go to his very happy new owners as planned. Big thank you from Ziggy who obviously had lots of cuddles when he was with you!
