I have been taking my dog Huey Lewis to Zasman Vets for 4 and half years and have only praise for the practice. All of the staff are super helpful, kind, professional and understanding.
Huey Lewis is a very nervous dog and I am very worried owner and they always ensure that we both leave reassured and with complete understanding of any diagnosis.
Where they can, the team will always try and squeeze in Huey for an appointment should there be availability, even if for a few minutes which I really appreciate.
Everyone really treats Huey Lewis so wonderfully and I feel that he is in safe hands with them. Thank you :)

The staff were extremely helpful when booking my appointment and were able to accommodate me at very short notice. The only fault I had was not being told that a nail clipping had a cost attached to it. If I knew this in advance, I would have not asked for one as usually this is included within the health check. For this reason alone, I was very disappointed (as £18 for a nail trim is no small fee) however everything else was great. Thanks!

Lovely VET. Always give you quick help in an emergency. Depends of course which VET you will get, depending on their rota. But so far we’ve had three visits and were always happy. Great price transparency too.

The reception and nursing staff team are truly brilliant. They care deeply about the animals and the clients, always looking to give exceptional care / service. The prices are reflected in the gold standard quality of care provided.

I can’t recommend this practice enough to my friends, family and other veterinary colleagues! If you are looking for a friendly vets to care for your primary pet needs, definitely get in touch as I guarantee you that you won’t be disappointed.

I would not recommend Zasmans unless you want your dog looked at as a pound note with no actual care.
Took my dog last week and paid £320.00, problem not fix, took my dog yesterday and paid another £420.00 again problem not resolved and my dog has not eaten for 3 to 4 days properly and his general problem has been on going for much longer. Upon speaking with Zasmans today they wanted me to take my dog in again and pay more money and when I questioned this as to why they are not fixing the problem and keep charging me they would not see my dad unless I just pay, pay and pay which is disgusting. If I am paying a vet to help my dog and they do not resolve the problem it means they are not doing there job properly and why should we keep paying and paying. There should be some understanding to this and common sense brought into play.
They have even been racist today and questioned why my in-laws brought the dog into the vets and cannot speak English, the reason for this is that we cannot keep taking days of work and paying huge vet fees without the problem being resolved. They have been extremely rude and all they want is Money.
Zasmans is also a Medivet company and not actually Zasmans anymore and since this change over all they care about is money and not your animal.
Disgusting service, rude staff and questionable knowledge for animal care.
This is only about this current experience and between myself, my partner and father with 3 different dogs we also have experienced further bad services from this and other branches. Which if needed I breakdown in a further review.

Extremely disrespectful, racist, patronising wasting our time and money! not treating our dog. We’ve been going repeatedly for the past weeks and all they do is charge us for not curing our dog. The receptionist Jess is a total liar! Dr Lluis was the one who was racist to my parents. All they want is your money they do not care about your dog. And these people should not even touch a single animal! This isn’t the first time they mis diagnosed our dog but the racism was the last draw! In the last 9 years with this vet I have definitely spent 15k and this is what I get for my loyalty! It’s totally unacceptable

Avoid at all costs. They will give medication to your pet without your consent and pressure you into purchasing their services. Vets don’t really seem qualified and need to learn some people skills and manners. Medivet in general are so bad its only a matter of time before they are shut down for malpractice.

So annoying. Three different receptionists told us three different things. Finally they booked our cat in to see a nurse but then when we arrived they said a nurse couldn't see our cat without first seeing a vet and to come back another day. Come on. It can't be that difficult.
