Vets4Pets - Lichfield

Do not use the website to book an appointment. Used it myself to take our dog for an annual vaccine. I completed the booking as advised and received an email advising that someone would ve in tiuch. No one was so turned up at appointed time to be told we had no appointment. Then advised that next avaiability was over 2 months in the future and also that they have now added a charge for anyine who misses an appointment. Last time i went i had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time as they were running late! Perhaps i should charge them. I appreciate covid is an issue but why does it affect a vets operation do badly?

You have to carry your dead fur baby through the shop up to the vets office, in full view of customers and staff, whereupon they were very quick to remind me that I had to pay up front for my dogs cremation and casket but 'forgot' to ask what I wanted inscribed on my dogs casket. A very personal thing to those of us who see our pets as family members! A business feel to this company to be sure. And yes, I did complain directly, and no, I never received a reply from them, hence the review. Never again. Be warned.

We took our dog for his flea and worming treatment and rather than having to pay loads out they recommended the pet plan and it saved us a good few pounds also they were fantastic wirh harley. Many thanks

Vets 4 Pets have a fantastic customer approach to dealing with a crisis where another 'un named' vet left us in a tricky situation. Petra in Lichfield looked into our dilema and helped us with every step of transferring information from our previous vets and ensured we got the best level of service and response in time to allow us to get our cat vaccinated in time to allow us to go away on holiday on time. Thank you Petra for being there when in need giving friendly, expert advice with a welcoming smile too!

Vets here are lovely but the reception staff are extremely rude and judgemental and try to push sales on having cats up to date on yearly vaccinations which I've politely declined to be made out I'm a bad owner and don't care about my cats wellbeing 😡 I take my cats for check ups regularly and always up to date on their flea and worm the only thing I choose not to do for is have yearly vaccinations which isn't essential or necessary for my cats. Will not be using again which is a real shame as the vets themselves are brilliant.

Forget the angry receptionist at Grange hill (we endured it for 5 years). Forget Hillman Vets putting their Prices up between 15 and 40% during a cost of living crisis!...and meet your, and your pets new best mates at vets for pets.

Kind, Efficient, really friendly, on the ball (especially my new mate Petra) like I've never experienced (even when I was at super premium priced Hillmans)

You might think like me that using a vets that in the back of a pet shop isn't legit, but dont let that bother you for a second, these guys have got it sorted.

Wonderful staff, from receptionist to vets. Despite sometimes being busy, the staff are always super friendly and so helpful. Petra, Katie and Lesley are so kind, and our kitten Luna is always well fussed and cared for!
