Lovely staff all the time in the world for you thoughts and concerns, always make you feel welcome and listen to your concerns. They did a lovely job of looking after our fur baby when she was very ill and needed 25 hour care all over Christmas.

A big thank you to Claudine Losowski who looked after our Charlie throughout his illness, she gave him the best care, love and support for him. 🐶 All the Ashfield house staff have always delivered an excellent service throughout the years for my dogs. 😊

Great family vet, worth paying a little more than the big chains that don’t care as much.

My boy was taken care of and he recieved excellent care! Infact he couldn't wait to barge through the door to greet the staff on the follow up visit. Receptionist was lovely too and she checked on my dog after his op to see how he was doing. I've signed upto the gold membership here now and will be using as our regular vet for all future appointments.

Would not recommend this practice at all .receptionist have no medical experience to answer your call .my cat was very ill my daughter rang them in the afternoon. To be told my cat was suffering with his teeth my daughter told the receptionist my cat symptoms over the phone I may add .I rang again at the evening to be told I would have to travel to long Eaton to see a vet my cat was dying .she told me there was no appointments and that long Eaton. Do the emergency. They don't close till 6.30 pm I live 5 min away but no wouldn't move .to cut a long story short .my beautiful fur baby had been poisoned by anti freeze he was put to sleep that night .I know this practice wouldn't of saved him .but the way the receptionist both of them dealt with the situation was terrible .very contradicting and speak over you .I suggest that you update your not medical trained staff how to deal with this .very dissatisfied with this service .and for the record it's not the 1st time I have been spoken to in an abbrubt manner .Will never use this practice again nor would I recommend it

5 min consultation , went there only to ask about castration our dog . £ 47. Lol . No health checks or any examination has been made ...

Thoroughly lovely and compassionate staff - I'm often in with poorly rats and every single time we've been it has been wonderful, I know that they're cared for in their last moments and that means so much <3
