Companion Care - Gloucester

We were recommended by a friend to register at this practice some years ago and we don’t regret following their advice. We have four naughty little pugs so naturally spend a decent amount of time here. Most of our dealings have been with Jake and Ben who are simply brilliant. Ben in particular has performed a few procedures on our girls for luxating patella and widening of the nares and soft palate trimming, all to great success. A big shout out also to Jess and Zack too, who we don’t see as often but are always lovely to deal with. Strangely we very much enjoy going to the vets! Front desk staff are also very helpful and bubbly and very assistive with insurance claims and making appointments.

Staff were friendly to me and my pooch. The vet remembered my pet and relayed some history which was surprising. Fully explained certain things and helped alleviate any stress my fur baby may have been feeling. Excellent service with smiles.

It was priced at a affordable rate rather than extortionate! They care for the animals rather than that pound sign and actually are interested in the welfare and state of peoples animals are in and want to better those animals who are in need.
Will be recommending you and thank you to the Irish vet for the through examination of my dog and finding the root of her pain.
He is a very good knowledgeable vet and I would be very inclined to see him again if needed but wouldn’t mind trying their other vets!

We are so happy with the care our kitten received during and after her spay. The price was very reasonable and the staff at companion care explained carefully what we had to do to look after her.

The nurse checked Cass (my great dane puppy) and realised straight away that she needed to see the vet. Ben the vet saw her immediately, he fully explained the problem and dealt with it there and then. All the time he made sure I understood what was happening and he was so good keeping Cass calm the whole time.

Simply the best vets in the area, Jake, Ben, Zak and Jess are without doubt the most professional and caring vets we have ever used, we have all 8 of our dogs registered and the new owners of our recent puppies have also registered too, we simply had to insist as there is no one else we trust.
This practice should be seen as a flagship for your franchise’s, just the way it SHOULD be done. Well done all C

All the staff are friendly and caring. You never feel like they’re in a hurry. Knowledge of you pet and they appreciate they are not just animals but special family members. Value for money. I would happily recommend them
