Minster Veterinary Centre

I couldn't be more grateful to Minster for their care, kindness and efficiency throughout a very difficult time for myself and my pets. They offered me their earliest appointment and registered me with ease, and when the time came to let my pets go, the vet I saw was incredibly patient, kind and empathetic. I was informed of my choices the full way through and was never made to rush a decision. The vet learned my pets names and referred to them throughout, took care handling them, and was very respectful. It made a horrible time that little bit easier, and I'll always be grateful for that - thank you.

I was very nervous handing over my gorgeous cat, for his operation, but I was instantly reassured by the friendly but professional staff, who explained everything about what was going to happen, and I felt confident that he would be fine. And he was a few hours later he was back home and running around like nothing had happened to him.

Really good service from the team. My cat can be easily stressed and they did a fantastic job looking after her. Really happy I moved to this Vets. Fast responsive receptionist too and having a "cat whisperer" on hand certainly put me at ease!

A great vet surgery. Very helpful admin staff and vet. Had to get my dogs inoculated before travel to Europe. Vet and admin staff very knowledgeable and experienced about European Health Certificate for dogs, cats and ferrets. Had no trouble getting across the border to France

This vet centre and the vets at Southwell have been so good with our pets.

Unfortunately our lovebird had to be put to sleep and the vets at these centres were so professional and caring.

We can't thank them enough for all that they did to try to save her.

We were desperate for help and they didn't care what time it was or how busy they were they managed to fit us in with appointments.
