Caister Vets

We were on holiday in Caister with our toy Poodle,
Goldie had a poorly eye,
we had three visits to the Vets the service we had was second to none we saw one man vet and two lady vets.
we would go back again if we needed a Vet on holiday.

Me and my family had to take our little fur baby to Caister Vets today to have lots of teeth out, I cannot praise them enough, they were really kind, caring and thoughtful which is so important to us. Thank you to everyone for your kindness today, Misha is doing really well 🤗🥰

Fantastic caring staff. The only vets practise we could find to treat our rescue dog with the patience he needs .

Beware about vaccination. Got our rescue dog in 2019, all her jabs were up to date. Registered with caister vets. Took her for yearly jabs. Now you would think that all the vaccines she had in 2019 would be repeated every year, because I was told all her vaccines were up to date. Not the case, took her to stay in kennels because of hospital appointment, only to be told kennel cough vaccine had not been done. So caused massive problems with what to do with the dog and obviously I lost money with the kennel. At the vets I was told I should have asked for it, unfortunately I'm a mechanic and we never studied veterinary practices in college. I relied on a professional to advise and ensure that my dog was safe. Caister vets has now lost all creditability with me.

Excellent service. Seen as an emergency when on holiday. Very efficient the dog was given the right treatment and improved rapidly. Thanks very much.
