First visit. Seemed very courteous receptionist and waiting room is on the right side of the hall. A bit small if honest and difficult to see how differing types of animal could wait without increasing stress for them. ie cats and dogs - cats and rabbits etc
Vet was extremely thorough both in inspection of my stressed dog and explanation of options.
Would definately recommend

Have been using this practice for over 12 years for our animals and have always found them to be very professional and knowledgeable they have the welfare of the animals foremost and keep the owners fully informed. And we would not go elsewhere. Emma and her team are Simply the Best

Poor service, My horses were sadly brought down with Strangles on our Yard and the scopes and flushes were carried out after blood tests. My foal in particular was quite poorly and lost alot of weight. He had mucus still in his pouch after waiting much longer than several other vets and yards experienced with this advised. However we followed the 'professional advise' you would expect and waitied a further 8 weeks for a scope and flush. This showed even more mucus, and the vet admitted that they had left some behind which has grown from the last time around. This then was backtracked when my wife challenged on a scope and flush not being carried out correctly. The flushing this time around was much more forceful, and several more times. So we await the results from this next scope, however we have now Moved to a much more experienced surgery and they do their own on site testing. The more frustrating thing about this is that County didnt have the correct equipment to carry out scope and mucus removal. Which tells me with the way the case was handled, they have never dealt with strangles, which I find really hard to believe. They are over priced and the cost of the 'new equipment' was continually brought up to vet nurses infront of us and the liveries present. Again suggesting this wasnt dealt with before or you would already have this equipment? But who am I? just a silly customer who kept trusting and paying. I have logged the poor communication and case handling with Gillian the Practice Manager who could only stick up and support the vet. Couldnt answer on te medical side as not a vet which is understandable, but when you promise to get a vet to call back (which they never do) Im 2 weeks later down the line and still no call back from Manager or vet, again stresses the case for Poor communication. I will be next writing to the RCVS to raise my concerns.

Diane receptionist is extremely helpful and polite. All the vets are amazing and are so helpful. They are all for the pets and take time explaining and giving reassurance to us the owner. I wouldn't go to any other vet and they look and care after my 3 working cocker spaniels.

The care the vets give is second to none. Cassie was with them from 2013 when she was diagnosed with EPI right until she went to sleep. Never anything bar friendly and helpful support. Would never go anywhere else

My pup have been left with long term breathing problems after being speyed by these vets, she will require ongoing operations for the rest of her life. we have had no apology or even a telephone call to speak to us regarding our pup health. I thought vets were supposed to care about animals. We will be taking this further and I couldnt stress to anyone to stay away from these vets. My dog has been left with such bad scar tissue in her nose that she no longer has a hole to breath through.
